Energizing science clubbers for sustainable energy.Science is important in our everyday life.Not only the science clubbers must sustain energy but all of us students must know how to sustain energy in our everyday life.We should know how energy is very important to us human.

My Teacher,My Hero
Heroes are not only batman,spider-man,wonder-woman,and even darna.Teachers can be heroes too.Teacher that is helpful anytime.
I can consider that my teachers are my hero.They are always there if we need them.They can help us for whatever problems we have.They can give some advices for us not to lost hope.They are our second second parents because they teach us lessons in our life.We can just approach their presence anytime we need them.They are a good model to us to become a good person someday.WE should respect and love them.We must do whatever they say as long as it is good.
My teacher that i can consider as my hero is Mrs.Zenaida Quitevis because she guides me in my life as I'm in my high school life.She helps me to become one of the players of our school.She guides me in my competitions.She see's me everyday and even in every night if we compete in other places like in Pangasinan.I thank her so much for everything she did to me.

My Modern Hero
A hero is the one who comforts and helps you every time.She or he is the person who loves and understand you in every situation.A hero must be ready in every time and in everywhere.If you need her or him call her or his name then it will response immediately.
In my life I consider my best friend as my modern hero.Because she is my companion in every problems in my life.she comforts and help me to solve my problem.She gives advice for me not to loss hope.She understand me in my every decision.She also loves me as her best friend.If ever a days come that I have a problem,I will just call her name and she will be here.
I will treasure the things that my best friend gave to me.I will also help her when she need my presence.I do love my best friend so much.I hope she will not change her valuable personality.And I also hope that our friendship will never last.

Tatag ng Wikang Filipino,Lakas ng Pagka-Pilipino
In every school year,we celebrate "Buwan ng Wika" in every month of august.And this month the theme is "Tatag ng Wikang Filipino,Lakas ng Pagka_Pilipino".
There is a lot of activities in our school in this celebration.We must thank Manuel L. Quezon for bringing Filipino language here in our country.We should speak Filipino language to promote Pilipino more familiar.We should not use any language except if we need it.Learn how to use Filipino language wise.We should also love our Filipino culture.
Filipino is the language of the Pilipino's here in the philippines.We,the Pilipino's must speak in Filipino o understand each other.Filipino language is very familiar to u,so if you know hpw to speak it,go on!don't be shy.Who knows,these will be the step to become a successful person someday.So,we should be proud of being a Pilipino,speak in Filipino every time.

My ICT Subject
The learning or discoveries that I have gained on my ICT subject was about computer. And computer is all about communicating,informing and many more. Learning about computer is knowledgeable,gaining many lessons and topics involving about computer.
But sometimes, I can encounter some problem or challenges about studying computer. Because what I know,it can destroy the sense of sight. It can easily make me addicted by using the computer always.
Furthermore I address this challenges by not totally making it as may hobby. I will entertain myself not to use the computer always. And I will obtain tasks in addressing this challenges.
Moving on I will improve how to make or how to manage the given challenges on my ICT subject.

SONA (Responsibility of Parenthood)
In July 23,2012 at 3:00 pm, President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco III stated his third SONA or the State of the Nation Address. President Aquino discussed about the Responsibility of Parenthood. He said about the life of the Filipinos under the leadership of President Ferdinand Marcos. And the time of President Marcos,was under the good leadership. Hence, President Aquino should also give his full support to the education of people. And he should also give his attention to the people who wants to gain his help.

"IMPORTANCE OF VEGETABLES"
Why it is that vegetables is the most nutritious food?Because it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that body must be needed.
Vegetables must be included in our daily meals breakfast,Lunch ,dinner .We must eat all kinds of vegetables because it is good to our body.It can help us to become stronger healthier everyday.It can also help us by curing diseases our illness.It is one to help us prevent diseases to our body.Vegetables don't need more money to buy it.Not just like meats and etc. that is so expensive.
"Health is Wealth"this is one of the saying.To make our body healthy we must eat vegetables everyday.So that can't be malnourished someday.We must love vegetables to make our life colorful and meaningful.
